YoCoBoard's time tracking mobile app for iOS offers a streamlined approach to managing time for both individuals and teams. The application provides an efficient alternative to traditional timesheets, enabling users to easily monitor hours worked for project management and payroll purposes.

Employee Time Tracking Features

• One-click Clock-in or Clock-out: Employees can record their work hours effortlessly with a single tap.
• Data Export: Time entries can be exported in CSV format, facilitating integration with payroll systems and reporting tools.
• Time Entry Corrections: Users have the ability to request adjustments for their time entries, which can be approved or denied by administrators, ensuring accuracy in payroll reporting.
• Peer Visibility: The app features a display of team members who are currently clocked in, promoting transparency within the organization.

Digital Timesheets

The app allows team members to clock in and out seamlessly. In the event of errors, employees can submit requests to amend their timesheet entries or add previously unrecorded billable hours, subject to administrator approval for accuracy.

Feeds

The feeds functionality enhances communication by allowing team members to share their current projects and document productivity. Administrators can easily monitor individual contributions through the Feeds tab.

Peers

The Peers tab provides an overview of which team members are currently working, along with their clock-in times, thereby fostering a culture of accountability and transparency in time tracking.

Reports

Generating payroll reports is made simple through the Reports tab, where users can select specific date ranges to obtain an overview of timesheet data within the designated period.

Settings

The app allows users to create and edit their profiles, view status updates from peers, set their time zones, and manage other personal settings to enhance their experience.
